This hotel exceeded expectations! The location was perfect for our event, and the complimentary breakfast offered a delightful variety. The staff, especially the assistant manager, were exceptionally accommodating, helping us resolve a stressful situation with grace. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. A great find overall!

The efficient room change after we encountered an unpleasant odor was handled with a very positive attitude by the front desk.

The bathroom sink plug was broken, resulting in an inconvenient situation during the stay.

The bathrooms need major upgrades!!! The TV was unreliable, and noisy neighbors made it difficult to relax. A directory of local venues would have been helpful, and the strange smells lingering in the hallways were off-putting!!!

My stay was nothing short of cozy! The King Bed Non-Smoking room was a good retreat with a super comfy bed that had me sleeping like a log. The breakfast spread was excellent, featuring everything from fluffy waffles to hot sausage, ensuring a hearty start to my day.
